#431A and #431B are similar size and B models allow for more water to circulate around temperature sensitive samples.
431C enables you to use more samples or larger vessels.

Each unit comes with a microtube holder that fits the specified amount of 1.5ml tubes.

The Microplate Horn comes with a sound enclosure to protect users from the sound generated by this horn, as well as all the fitments required to control and replace the water in the horn reservoir. The Sonicator generator and convertor are needed to run this accessory.

The Horn is shipped with the standard gray, short collar as well as a tall acrylic collar for larger samples. The tall collar is needed in order to fill the cup with a larger volume of water, if necessary.

The unit is shipped with both collars attached. The collars are held in place by o-rings. If you decide to remove the top collar, please leave the o-ring in place for future use. It is recommended to use a small amount of o-ring lubricant before re-attaching either collar.

Note: The Microplate Horn is also available as part of a complete package, part #S-4000MPX, which includes the Sonicator 4000 generator, convertor and 431MPX.

The Dual Horn requires (2) #355 probes. The Converter Stand and Positioner is optional.

Sound Enclosure Part # Dimensions 432B 14.5" W x 23" H x 12" D

A Jack Stand (#357) is also available for use within the sound enclosure. The Jack Stand can raise and lower samples to a stationary probe mounted within the enclosure.
