Misonix

Ultrasonic Cleaners

Ultrasonic cleaning is fast, consistent, and safe. Hand scrubbing, soaking, or steaming are more time consuming and less effective. Misonix table top cleaners now include the same high power, rugged transducers found on industrial systems sold to the automotive, electronics, and metalworking industries. These devices use engineered ceramics to assure both durability and superior power. Coupled with a new sweep frequency capability, you get the best possible cleaning every time, all the time.

Advantages

  • Faster, safer and more thorough than other cleaning methods
  • Powerful enough to remove heavy oils, buffing compounds or proteins
  • Consistent enough to manage difficult lab clean ups
  • Safe enough for delicate electronic components or fine jewelry
  • Designed to be functional, reliable, and easy to use
  • Readily accessible control panel above and behind the cleaning rack

How Does Ultrasonic Cleaning Work
Sound waves move through a solution to create an effect known as Cavitation: the rapid formation and collapse of microscopic bubbles. Cavitation scrubs every wetted surface deep down, removing most stubborn contamination, even from behind holes and internal surfaces. Heat enhances this process.

New Transducers Improve Performance
Our customers can now enjoy the same powerful, rugged transducers found on industrial systems used by the automotive, electronics, and metalworking industries. They are Langevin-type metal/ceramic devices using engineered ceramics to assure durability and superior power. Combine this with the new sweep frequency capability, and you get the best possible cleaning at peak performance every time, all the time.
